We can usually ship in stock orders within 1 day if ordered during normal business hours, 9 am – 5 pm, Monday –Friday. Please proceed to the checkout page and shipping will be calculated on actual UPS rates. You are not obliged to complete your order until you approve shipping charges. Our shipping costs are based on the approximate shipping weight of your order. The actual shipping/handling charge is calculated during the checkout process. The cost of shipping will vary based on what is ordered, the destination and the shipping method.

Product availability is subject to change. Items will be shipped according to product availability. We do not add additional charges if your items are shipped separately. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ship the item when it available. Our primary method of shipping is via and UPS an FedEx. We do not ship to APO's , FPO's , or PO Boxes.

Vehiclelight.com is committed to our customers. We strive to make your online experience smooth and friendly. If a product does not perform to your satisfaction, it can be returned within a 30 days. Simply email customer service at customercare@vehiclelight.com within 30 days to get return authorization.

• All returns must obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) before being returned to us.
• All returns must have a return authorization number visible on the outside of the package that is being returned or the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender Any unopened merchandise accompanied by an RA can be returned for a full refund or merchandise credit at customer's option.
• Returned merchandise must be in new, reselable condition: unopened in original, undamaged packaging, including all components, accessories, manuals, and registration cards.

The manufacturer’s warrantee supports all products. If a buyer receives a defective item, it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion during the warranty period provided the defective item is returned (shipping prepaid by purchaser) in the original product box, product packing, and product manual. The original manufacturer will replace or repair that item during the warranty period.

Warrantees do not cover products damaged in shipping (see shipping term above), abuse, misuse, unintended use, erroneous voltage, modification, acts of God or any other act not specifically covered. None of the products that we offer are covered by any warranty express or implied, if the purchaser does not use the recommended voltage.
